Kuwait Delivery
- Maximum within two working days.
- Free delivery for invoices above KD 20.
- Delivery fee will be set by the delivery company and ranges from KD 2 – KD 5 depending on the location.
International Delivery
- All international orders are shipped from our Kuwait warehouse and delivered by air courier.
- Shipping and delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the order.
- Estimated delivery is up to 4 business days. However, delays may occur due to air freight issues, customs holds, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Available Shipping Methods: DHL Express, Aramex, FedEx
- Available Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, KNET
- Any customs and import duties will be paid by the customer.
Returns
- We ensure products meet your expectations and have at least 1 month before expiry. However, if you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect order, please notify Health Planet Customer Support:
- Kuwait Customers: Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the products. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
According to the Ministry of Health regulations (Circular No. 2 of 2012, Kuwait), no return or exchange is allowed after delivery unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- International Customers: Inform us within 14 days of receiving the products. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition, otherwise value deductions may apply.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Label Email. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
