• Kuwait Delivery
• Maximum within two working days. 
• Free delivery for invoices above KD 20. 
• Delivery fee will be set by the Delivery company and ranges from KD 2 – KD 3 depending on the location.

• International Delivery
• All international orders are shipped, from our Kuwait warehouse, and delivered by air courier.
• Shipping and delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the order.
• The Estimated Delivery is max 4 business days. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Health Planet’s control.
• Available Shipping Methods: Dhl Express, Aramex, Fedex
• Available Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Knet
• Any customs and import duties will be paid by the customer.

• Returns

• We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications and that have a minimum of 1 month until expiry. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Health Planet Co.’s Customer Support:
  • For Kuwait customers returns please inform us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Health Planet Co. will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Moreover, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, as pursuant to Circular No. 2 of 2012 issued by the Drug Inspection Department of the Ministry of Health, Kuwait, no return or exchange is allowed after delivery, except in the circumstances where the product is damaged or incorrect from that which was ordered.

• For International customers returns please inform us within 14 days of receiving the products. Items eligible for return or reship must arrive in the original packaging and must not be damaged or missing, as we may recharge you to account for the items’ decreased value.
• If your return request is approved, you will receive a ‘Return Label Email‘ to return the item(s). Once the return is received and verified to be in original condition, the refund will be processed. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for most refunds for returns to finish processing and for the funds to appear back in the account associated with your payment method.
